If you are unsatisfied with your order after 7 days of obtaining your oil, you are qualified to return your purchase in its original packaging and receive a full refund for your order.

All damaged and stolen products will be fully refunded. If you believe that your product was damaged or stolen during transportation, please contact us promptly with your order number. Our team will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.   

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will instantly refund your payment. If your order has already shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the beard oil back from you. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
